HOW WE WORK

Before entering into an agreement, MCG meets with the client for a confidential discussion of the motives and personal objectives which form the basis for the assignment. Against the background of this conversation we establish an business plan for project implementation. This is also to ensure that complete understanding and agreement exist with regard to the client’s wishes.

When the MCG accepts a mandate we become the personal partner of the client. As such we agree to becoming involved in all aspects of the assignment. It is among other things this close relationship which is crucial for success.

As the assignments in which we participate are often of a sensitive nature, confidentiality and integrity are core principles for the MCG.

At MCG we believe in lasting client relationships which transcend the individual assignment. Our reputation is based on our ability to perform to the full satisfaction of the client. Accordingly, MCG only accepts a mandate if we in close cooperation with the client can reach a succesful conclusion.

At the MCG we take time out to prepare thoroughly for each assignment and to identify the unique opportunities which exist in each case.

We consider the client’s commercial and personal priorities and analyze in depth those factors which are of relevance for securing an optimal solution for the client.
